Due to the handmade and custom-sized nature of our products, Nails By Akayrii does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or application issues.

Please ensure all sizing information, product selections and shipping details are entered correctly before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting us prior to purchasing.

Each set is individually handmade to order, meaning slight variations may occur and are part of the uniqueness of the product.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nailsbyakayrii@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

For hygiene reasons, used sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
